10. Mobile App Privacy Addendum

 

This section applies to users of the Heart of Business Challenge mobile application (the “App”), available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By using the App, you agree to this Mobile Addendum in addition to our primary Privacy Policy.

• Account Data: Name, email address, business name, and profile photo (if you register an account or claim a Heart Page).

• Location Data: The app may request access to approximate or precise location for discovering local businesses, but this is optional and only active when enabled by the user.
